Shipping Costs
Your shipping costs are calculated for you when you enter the secure order form area of our site using the "Checkout" button. After filling out your contact information and proceeding to the next screen you will be able to choose from a "Ship Via" drop down menu which will display your calculated shipping costs if available. You can check your shipping costs at any time before you submit your order by using this process. If you do not get a shipping cost calculation, you can still submit your order. We will contact you back shortly with the charges and you can make a decision at that time about proceeding with your order.

Backorders
Items not in stock are shipped as soon as possible. Occasional product shortages are sometimes unavoidable. You will be informed if an item is on backorder.
Returns
Returns will be allowed only within 15 days of shipment.
Please contact us for a return authorization number. Refunds will be issued by exchange of goods or credit note. Cash refunds are not issued. A restocking charge of 15% will apply to all items. Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.
Warranties
Our suppliers' warranties are extended to you. Our own customer satisfaction policy always applies though, so we encourage you to consult us if you experience a problem with your purchase after the warranty period.
